Join VREF Research Forum : Informal and Shared Mobility in Southeast Europe and Central Asia

Dear VREF ISM Community,
We invite you to join our upcoming Research Forum this Wednesday, September 16, for the launch of our fourth regional study! This comprehensive assessment explores the landscape of marshrutkas, informal taxis, and shared mobility across Southeast Europe and Central Asia, filling a critical knowledge gap in the region.

Following regional studies on China, India, and Southeast Asia, this research contributes essential data and policy insights to inform global efforts on informal transport governance.

The study will be presented by authors Egor Muleev and Wladimir Sgibnev from the Leibniz Institute for Regional Geography (IfL), with contributions from regional partners.

DATE: 16 September
